These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the betjall platform and all related services. By accessing the betjall.com website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Betjall is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We provide our services exclusively to individuals who are legally eligible to participate in online gaming under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Betjall reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Betjall complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) is required before making withdrawals or for transactions above a specified amount.

One or more of the following documents may be required for KYC verification:

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submitting your KYC documents. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete. Submitting accurate and complete documents will help speed up the process.

The following rules apply to deposits made on betjall:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (One Hundred BDT)
• Maximum Deposit: ৳5,00,000 per transaction (Five Lakh BDT)

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from betjall:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT)
• Maximum Withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 per transaction
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Winnings generated from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours. However, KYC verification or security reviews may take up to 5 business days. betjall reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal request if fraud is suspected.

Betjall offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following general terms apply to all such offers:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement.
• The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20–30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within a specified time frame after the bonus is activated.
• Each customer may claim the same bonus no more than once.
• Betjall reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven, all winnings will be forfeited.

Free spin bonuses must be used on designated slots games, and separate wagering requirements apply to any winnings. Cashback bonuses can generally be withdrawn directly, but always check the specific terms of each offer.

The following rules apply to all players while gaming on betjall:

• All game outcomes are determined by an internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• Betjall does not and cannot interfere with game outcomes.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, betjall will review the situation and make a final decision.
• Betjall is not responsible for games lost due to internet disconnection.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of any technical issues, betjall will review server logs to reach a fair resolution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjall platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device or IP address.
• Money Laundering: Using betjall to conceal funds from illegal sources.
• Fraud: Registering with false information, submitting fraudulent documents, or conducting deceptive transactions.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses without meeting the wagering requirements or by using multiple accounts.
• Software Hacking: Any attempt to tamper with betjall's software or game systems.
• Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion with other players.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software to play games.

Betjall may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@betjall.com. Make sure to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. Once an account is closed, the individual will not be permitted to re-register with betjall unless explicitly approved by betjall.

Betjall reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions of these terms, the English version will prevail.
